Bengaluru, Apr 11: The transport employees agitation has entered the fifth day on Sunday April 11. The strike has hit people who were planning to spend time with families at their native places in the light of Ugadi and other festivals that have lined up. The number of passengers at KSRTC and BMTC bus stands has been increasing, but the passengers are not getting buses.

As many as 60 trainee employees and 58 probationary staff have been dismissed. KSRTC has transferred 141 persons to other divisions. Seventeen persons from Haveri depot were also transferred.
