very sad .I found mostly people working in UAE are getting very often heart attacks and die without any pre warning.Quite possible the weather there ,hot and blood pressure goes high and many people dont go for checkup thinking they re healthy. Many fear they must pay huge amount for check up where they earn very less (not all)They save money for the family to build house and care childrens wishes. Some or many also dont take nourishing food ,where no family is there .Evening or during free times drink a lot and smoke ,cigarettes. That adds to the hot climate to get sick. Many come to India for health care or medicines since health care is very costly.Only where health care is taken over by company ,then no problem. All these problems make one suffer them more.Heartfelt sympathy to the family.may his soul rest in peace.

Stress is one of the most prominent cause of all human diseases including cardiac as it triggers an inflammatory process in the entire body! Also, a person suffers from intense loneliness & depression in the absence of the family where he has to bottle up his emotions for a long period of time! Living alone in the desert heat is a very tough thing, which the person involved only knows!

RIP . People especially in the Gulf after 45 years please do regular health checkup. Have a healthy diet and do regular exercise. Small lifestyle changes contribute in a big way in maintaining your health. Remember you have a family back home so do it at least for their sake.

Rest in Peace. Gulf jobs are hazardous, very hectic. Even the time to visit hospitals are difficult, if one is employed in private company.
