Mangaluru, Apr 1: Indian off-spinner ‘Turbanator’ Harbhajan Singh will make his Tamil film debut with ‘Friendship’.

‘Friendship’ is directed by John Paul Raj and Shyam Surya and produced by JPR and Stalin under the banner Seantoa Studios and Cinemaass Studio.

The teaser of the movie is already released and has garnered positive response. The teaser looks very promising and the acting skills of the ‘Turbanator’ has been widely appreciated.

Harbhajan will share screen with Action King Arjun Sarja, Losliya and Sathish. A lyrical video of one of the songs in the film ‘Friendship Gaana’ has also been released.

The cricketer has earlier made special appearances in films like Mujhse Shaadi Karogi and Second Hand Husband.

Speaking to daijiworld.com, Harbhajan said, “I am very excited to play the lead role in Tamil movie ‘Friendship’ which is expected to release in June. As of now, I am concentrating on IPL 2021 where I will represent Kolkata Knight Riders.”
