Bengaluru, Mar 26: The victim girl in the sleaze CD of former minister Ramesh Jarkiholi has released the photos of the complaint letter to the public.
In the letter written to the city police commissioner, the victim girl said, "This complaint is raised against former minister Ramesh Jarkiholi who enticed me to speak in vulgar language and expose myself on video, on the pretext of securing a government job, and later had sexual relations with me."
"With respect to the subject matter, I would like to say that I came to Bengaluru in search of a job and had met the then minister Ramesh Jarkiholi once in order to produce a short film. He had asked me for my mobile number and assured me that he will get in touch. Jarkiholi later called me and enquired about me and my family and began having a casual conversation with me."
"I appreciated the concern shown by the minister towards me. So I spoke to him with respect. He then began calling me frequently. He assured me that he will get me a government job using his influence and asked me to cooperate with him in all respect for the favour," the letter stated.
"I had seen Ramesh only on TV and believed that he will surely get me a government job. As he knew that I did not have lacs of rupees to give as a bribe, and I 'cooperated' and did as I was told."
"Ramesh Jarkiholi had called video called me once and said that he is staying at the Karnataka Bhavana in Delhi. During the conversation, he began using profane words and asked me to expose myself to him. I did as he requested. He passed lewd comments. As he is an influential person I did as he asked me to do."
"Later Ramesh Jarkiholi came to Bengaluru and called me to his residence under the pretext of speaking to me about the government job. I went to his apartment. But, he began using offensive language and took me to his room and sexually assaulted me. He did the same on two different occasions. I was scared to speak against him and just did what I was asked to do."
"After some time, when I mentioned about my government job, Ramesh said that he will give me some money if I want and asked me to completely forget about the job. When I questioned him on why he used me he mocked me saying, 'I cannot provide a government job to a prostitute."
"After this episode, the videos of acts taking place between Ramesh and I were broadcast on media. Ramesh Jarkiholi hatched this conspiracy to prevent me from raising a complaint against him. My family members and I have received death threats from an influential and affluent person like Ramesh Jarkiholi."
"Ramesh Jarkiholi is making all attempts to prevent me from not giving a complaint against him as well as trying to kill me. I plead with you to provide me and my family members with police protection. I request you to take suitable legal action against Ramesh Jarkiholi, who exploited me sexually on the pretext of providing me with a government job."
"Ramesh Jarkiholi is trying to prevent me from approaching any police station to raise a complaint. He is also maligning my name and preventing others from speaking for me. He is also torturing people and their family members who are trying to help me in this case."
"As I do not feel safe and no security is provided to me, I am sending this handwritten complaint to you, through my lawyer Jagadish. I humbly request you to protect me and my family members from Ramesh Jarkiholi and his henchmen, who are continuously pressurizing me and my family members to commit suicide."
