Heart attack takes away life of seventh standard student in Chikkamagaluru

Chikkamagaluru, Mar 25: In a shocking incident reported from N R Pura taluk in the district, a seventh standard student succumbed to heart attack. The incident happened on Wednesday March 24.

The victim of the incident was Sohan Ram (12). He was riding his bicycle at around 7.30 am when he suddenly collapsed near the Mescom office. The locals who noticed this incident, made an effort to admit the boy into a hospital but he did not survive the trip to the hospital.

Sohan was a student of DCMC School, N R Pura. He was the son of Prasanna, who works in educational institutions, and Roopa, a lecturer of a degree college. The couple has lost one of their two children. This death has plunged the family into the abysmal depths of sorrow.

The incident has also come as a rude shock for the people of the taluk. Most of them have heard for the first time about such a young boy suffering a heart attack.

    John mangalore ,really ,is it needed here ?How much you know what was the cause of his death?What when he had any heart ailments which were not known?Be sensible .Family has lost a young boy.Heartfelt sympathies to his family.There are instances even small babies get heart attack in womb.May his soul rest with angels above .sad

    Mask is the main reason for heart attack Our body cells need fresh oxygen When we wear mask same air which we breath out we take in. This results in failure of getting fresh and natural oxygen Ultimately no wonder if we land up in such tragedy I don't tell you don't wear mask But at the same time try to take fresh oxygen also every now and then

    I'm not sure about what you said , but children getting heart attack at this age might also mean that it's congenital. He probably had it present at birth and may have gone undiagnosed. Regardless of what the issue was , a young life was lost . RIP

    Yeah. this really makes sense. And also Asymptomatic Corona infection can also be the cause as due blood clot in the blood stream . anyway there is nothing which can prevent a fate of a person what ever age they are in. May god rest the soul in peace. Om Shanthi.
