Mangaluru: Four rowdy-sheeters arrested for robbery, plotting murder ------ all 4 of them put together seem to be Departmental stores of crimes... all types of crimes done by these 4..... murder and attempt to murder cases --- still the person is not in jail... he is outside... now arrested again for plotting to murder... what is the status of earlier murder and attempt to murder cases... all 4 look well fed and well dressed... that means earlier police cases numbering more than 10 did not make any dent on them... they are being led by police as if they are honourable citizens under police escort... not even handcuffed.... and these 4 "star performer" criminals are walking in as if boxers entering the ring... this fully nationalist team and vocal for local...
