Kasargod, Mar 17: Three people of a family including two children were found dead in Chervathur here on Wednesday, March 17.
The deceased have been identified as Roopesh (37) an auto driver in Pilicode Madivai, and his children Vaidehi (10) and Shivanand (6).
Their bodies were found in the room of a house under construction.
The children are said to have been fed poison. It is suspected that after feeding poison to his children, Roopesh committed suicide.
Roopesh was married to Savitha from Kanhangad. However, they were not living under one roof following a family dispute. But, the kids were living with Roopesh.
Police from Chandera police station have registered a case and an investigation is underway.
