Mangaluru, Mar 16: Three men who were carrying a calf in a sack were caught after a youth questioned them when the sack fell in between the road. However, the men justified saying that the sack contained hotel trash. As the men tried to make a run for it, the youth raised a loud alarm.

The men who panicked pushed the sack on the road and fled.

The incident happened near Babbukatte, Ullal police station limits on the night of Tuesday, March 16.

kapila park goushala located in Mangalore has been demolished on 4th March 2021 by the BJP government due to the greed of 10%Commission on the proposed Coast Guard Academy project worth 1, 000 crore. 300 Cows sheltering in this goushala are homeless now. death of humanity in Mangalore. Heights of Cruelty. the government which came into the power in the name of COWS did such a brutal act of demolishing their shelter . Today all these poor animals are homeless. They were lying in open space without shelter because of the cruel act of administrators. A part of this goushala’s land about 19 cents was reflecting in the acquired land of KIADB, but the same was sold to the Goushala by the previous owner in the year 2008, If the administrators had any land related issue , they should have constructed a separate Gaushala with all facilities like the earlier one and then demolished it. Moreover the extent of the demolished GOUSHALA is total 37 cents. But here the administrators demolished the Gaushala without any single arrangement for these poor animals and abandoned them on street.

N.M, Mangalore Why cant people grow cows, cut it and eat it for their beef requirement.... rather expecting government to import? It is surprising that not even 1% of beef eaters will grow cow at home....

The government should arrange to import cow meat for those who eat it. India is after all a democratic country where people of different faith live and the government or majority community cannot shove their food habits down others throats.

I pity on the people who buy and relish on the meat of animals slaughtered in such conditions. What kind of society we are living in.....I think there's no humanity left within ourselves. It's because of our useless laws and corrupt administration these kind of incidents happening daily. Catch these culprits and give them the same kind of treatment in public that they gave it to the poor mute animal so that they will also feel the suffering. .

I pity on the consumers of these meat . How can it give any good health from a meat of an animal which had to go through such a torture before giving it’s life . What guarantee do we have if these animals are not dead much before they reach a slaughter house ? Someday this is going to bring a huge pandemic ... high time Govt look at brining a more scientific slaughter house in districts where there is high Bovine and Mammal consumption .
