Daijiworld Media Network - Riyadh (MS)
Riyadh, Mar 16: E-portal that offers multiple services to passengers was inaugurated on Monday March 15 by Abdulaziz Al-Duailez, president of the General Authority for Civil Aviation (GACA).
It is significant that the portal is launched on March 15, which is celebrated as World Consumer Rights Day throughout the globe.
The portal has a dedicated forum for complaints and suggestions by the flyers with regards to their travel experience at various Saudi airports in order to continuously upgrade the services at airports of the Kingdom.
Information and rights of the trip or trips can be known by the passenger through a 'digital assistant' with whom travelers can communicate through the e-portal. In addition complaints and suggestions from travellers are also accepted by the digital assistant.
GACA has already put in place automatic response via Twitter and support service for the electronic portal through the unified number 8001168888, where experienced and qualified staff guide the passengers on all issues in order to improve the level of services provided at Saudi airports.
A dedicated specialized department at all Saudi airports is also formed already by GACA to ensure quality service to all passengers.
