Good job by the Advocate who rightfully educated these poorly trained constables about the law. One cannot barge into anyone's private property without any warrant or prior permission.

Private property rights cannot be abused by even the Emperor. We are still a "partly free" country. The private property owner has every right to stop anybody entering without his/her express permission. Many times govt. officials with the Zamindari and Talibani mindset think they can enter upon anybody's property whenever they want by threatening the owner. Any govt. official can enter only and only by showing legal documents that permit them to do so, even then they can only do so politely unless they situation demands an urgent entry by the use of force. Citizens must stand up for their rights and not allow govt. officials to bully them.

I do not see any wrong doing by the lawyer. He is speaking in legal terms and all he said was bai mucchu which is a common phrase and nothing abusive. I have seen woman nowadays falsely accusing men and misusing the law. Let this be an eye opener to the city. I am in total support of the actions of the lawyer here. They are very well versed in keeping these khaki pants under control!
