Mangaluru Mar 15: VHP regional secretary Sharan Pumpwell stated that the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal are ready to offer full cooperation to Kapila Goshala.
Addressing media here on Monday, March 15, Sharan Pumpwell said, "VHP and Bajrang Dal will render support for the construction of coast guard training centre considering the national and coastal security. VHP visited the site during the demolition of the goshala. The VHP and Bajrang Dal offer full cooperation to the goshala and urge the government to provide a separate land for its construction. We also ready to construct a temporary shed for the cows of goshala. VHP had also made arrangements for providing water to the cows at the goshala when the owner said there were no such facilities. The owner was informed to vacate the land before 6 months, but he chose to neglect it, so there is no need to discuss the demolition."

When asked about Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat's allegation on Prakash Shetty of being a butcher and being a cattle trader, Sharan Pumpwell said, "Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat is a senior leader, it is likely he must have been made aware of such information and there is likely some truth behind the allegation."
When asked about funds collected for the construction of Ram temple through a campaign, Sharan Pumpwell said, "In Mangaluru which comes under Dakshina Kannada, Udupi and Kasargod, Rs 20 crore has been collected. Meanwhile, Karnataka has collected Rs 250 crore."
VHP, Bajrang Dal to carry out walkathon from Kadri temple to Kutthar Koragajja Katte on March 21 with the theme being 'Koragajjana Aadi Kshetrakke Namma Nade', followed by religious meet at Kutthar condemning the recent incident of derogatory writing in an offertory box in Mangaluru.
VHP leaders Shivanand Mendon, Bujanga Kulal and Praveen Kutthar were present.
