Karkala: Activists of HJV, Bajrang Dal clash, one hospitalised

Daijiworld Media Network - Karkala (MS)

Karkala, Mar 15: Activists of Hindu Jagarana Vedike (HJV) and Bajrang Dal involved in clashes in the taluk on Sunday March 14. One person was injured and is being treated in a government hospital in the city.

Anil Poojary, a resident of Nitte village in the taluk is the injured person. He was attacked by Bajrang Dal activists Sunil, Sudhir, Sharath, Prasad and Jagadeesh of Nittel village.

The activists entered the house of Anil on late night of Sunday and assaulted him. Anil received injuries on his head and face. He was admitted to government hospital of the taluk immediately by HJV workers. Anil's mother who tried to obstruct the attackers, also received injury. She is also admitted to government hospital.

In the complaint that is filed, it is alleged that there were differences between the gang that attacked and injured Anil over some property issue. But it is also said that Anil's joining of HJV deserting Bajrang Dal is the reason for the attack. Earlier, a case was registered against injured Anil at Karkala police station for assaulting a college student.

Animosity developed between HJV and BD over the matter of handing over to the police a youth belonging to another community two days ago. On social media both HJV and Bajrang Dal claimed that they had caught the youth and handed him over to the police. This became a prestige issue for both the organizations and ended up in clashes according to police sources.

These goons cannot get peace of mind till they create some issue and fight. If they cannot find and issue, they will find one within themselves, but somehow they will fight. That is the charm of such groups.

Never do social work for name sake. Whatever is done for name sake is never social work, it's selfish work, there will always be strife and discord. It's not everyone Cup of coffee 👏 Instead work for money and earn for self and family.

Please dont firm gangs and create wars. Please follow the principles of Hinduism and you will find peace. You dont require protector of any religion. Look at middle east today broken into pieces just because so many protectors and end up not able to control them turns Into civil wars. India is a peaceful nation with great people who always love peace and harmony with every one. My humble prayers for all keep the peace and make India great again
