Udupi: ACB sleuths raid residence of official at Puttur

Udupi, Mar 9: Reports say that Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) officials on Tuesday March 9, raided the residence of an official near Udupi Puttur near here. The raid was conducted by the ACB Mangaluru division.

The house of Subrahmanya Vaddaru, who had earlier been posted at Udupi Urban Development Authority, was raided by the officials.

Vaddaru was earlier the joint director of Mysuru Urban Development Authority.

It is said that Vaddaru has his house and office at Mysuru and a house in Karwar. He reportedly also owns sites. The raid was conducted at four places simultaneously, it is said.
