Kasargod: Blast in plywood factory, six people injured

Kasargod, Mar 3: Six labourers were injured in the blast that occurred on the night of Tuesday at a plywood factory at Manjeshwar in the district.

The injured labourers are of Bihar origin. They are admitted to a hospital in Mangaluru.

It is said that the blast occurred in the boiler of the factory. There was fire after the blast, which was brought under control by the fire service personnel who arrived from Uppala.

It is learnt that lacs of rupees of loss has occurred due to this blast.
