Bengaluru, Mar 2: EnviGreen Biotech India has been manufacturing biodegradable plastic. The company has been producing carry bags which dissolve easily in hot water and sand. These products invented by the said company are now available in the markets here.

The company has invented environment-friendly bags that have been made by using 100 percent organic and biological waste. The bags have come at a time when there is awareness about reducing the use of plastic that is harmful to the environment. The company has opened its office in Bengaluru too.

EnviGreen handbags look like plastic bags but they are made of natural starches and vegetable oil products. They can withstand weights from half a kg to 15 kg. As they dissolve in hot water and sand, lf they do not harm the environment and consumers can use them without any worry or guilt. Once dissolved, they can also be used as fertiliser for plants and trees.
