Sharjah, Feb 25: The Sharjah municipality has announced that all workers at food establishments must take a PCR Covid test every two weeks. Only those workers fully vaccinated are exempted from the requirement.

Eateries or other food establishments are required to display stickers to show that the workers have taken the vaccine or have a negative PCR test result.

The Sharjah City Municipality has intensified inspection visits to food establishments to ensure their compliance with Covid safety measures.

The other requirements include that tables must be placed at least two metres apart and no more than four people are allowed at a table.
