Sharjah: British woman of Indian origin reportedly jumps to death from the 27th floor

Sharjah, Feb 14: As per Sharjah police the Indian origin woman ended her life due to financial issues. Reportedly she jumped off from a balcony on 27th-floor apartment in Al Taawun area of Sharjah.

The incident took place at 3.30 am on Sunday. The woman identified as K.S aged 32 years was drunk when she jumped from the balcony.

It is said that the woman had huge loans hence she took the drastic step. The body of the woman was found by the watchman of the building and informed the police. Police immediately took the body to Al Qasimi Hospital at around 4 am.

The police investigation is underway.
