Anjuna police arrest Kerala native with 123g of ganja worth Rs 12,000

Saligao, Feb 7: A 20-year-old Kerala native was arrested in Vagator by Anjuna police with 123g of ganja worth approximately Rs 12,000. The accused has been identified as Viju.

The police conducted a raid was conducted between 12.40 pm to 3.05 pm at the four-roads junction, Vagator upon receiving definite information. Along with the drugs, the police seized some cash and a mobile phone from the accused. 

He was booked under the Narcotics, Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

PSI Amir Taral is investigating the case under the supervision of North Goa SP Utkrisht Prasoon and Anjuna PI Suraj Gawas.
