Panaji, Feb 3: Sadanand Shet Tanavade, the BJP state president said that the centre has reposed faith in the CM Pramod Sawant led BJP government in the state in allocating Rs 300 crore to celebrate the 60th year of Liberation.

Tanavade also lauded the budget presented by finance minister Nirmala Sitharam. "It is a good budget," he said.

He further added that allocation of funds to the health sector would boost the mobile hospitals and it would be beneficial for the public and further lauded the allocation of Rs 35,000 crore for Covid vaccination drive. He termed the budget as 'people friendly'.
