Music Concert by Lata Mangeshkar, Mangalore Hanif Enthralls Audience

Mumbai, May 26:
‘Dil Pukare, Aa Re Aa Re’, a musical concert by evergreen classical nightingale, Bharat Ratna recipient Lata Mangeshkar and Mangalore Mohammed Rafi famed Hanif, was staged at Dheenanath Mangeshkar auditorium, Ville Parle (East), here recently. 

The concert was organized by The Rafi Foundation, Mangalore and was sponsored by Pascal Pinto, Mangalorean entrepreneur in Kuwait and also managing trustee of Rafi Foundation, Mangalore.

 
Star and Zee TV singer Prabhanjan Marate, Zee - Sa Re Ga Ma famed Kannadiga singers Mona Kamath, Aparna and Dinesh Parmar, enthralled the music-buffs with their melodious concert.
 
Public condolences were offered to all the air crash victims of Air India Express flight at Bajpe airport on Saturday May 22.Vishwanath U Mada expressed the challenges of pilots especially landing and taking-off at Bajpe airport.
 
Vishwanath U Mada, a retired pilot of Air India with four decades of flying experience and also former president of Jayasrikrishna Parisara Premi Samiti (metro-based NGO), young musicians Shravan Bhandary and Praveen Pinto, concert organizer Binu Star and a large number of people gathered on the occasion.

    Music Lovers who turned up in large numbers were enthralled by the voices of Mangalore Hanif Mohd, Mona Kamath (saregama star), Aparna and Prabhanjan Marathe. The Medley of peppy numbers from Shakti Samanta Movies added Mirth and colour to the show.

    The hero of the DAY was Undoubtedly THE GOLDEN ERA OF SONGS - well presented by talented singers.

    A correction: Lata Mangeshkar & Mohd Rafi songs were presented by these singers.
