Chennai, Dec 1 (IANS): Non-life insurer Universal Sompo General Insurance Company Limited on Tuesday launched its mobile application USGI PULZ to enhance service delivery for its policyholders.
In a statement Universal Sompo General said the mobile application brings it one step closer to its aim of offering a digitally seamless experience to its customers.
The general insurer believes that just with this offering its digital sign-ups will increase by 25-30 per cent.
The USGI PULZ also offers a one stop shop for all post sales insurance needs, online claims intimation, GPS based nearby service providers, marketplace for various value-added services, AI based health risk assessment and lot more.
Universal Sompo General is a joint venture of Indian Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Karnataka Bank Ltd, Dabur Investment Corporation and a leading general insurer from Japan, Sompo Japan Insurance Inc.
