Mangaluru, Nov 21: There has been a steady improvement in the number of students attending the final year degree classes. On Friday, which happened to be the fourth day of the college opening, about ten percent students attended classes in Dakshina Kannada, Udupi and Kodagu districts.
On the first day of opening on November 17, the attendance was around five percent. It is learnt that many students are waiting for the COVID 19 test reports before they can attend the colleges. Thousands of people are being subjected to this test since a week and therefore, corona testing centres are under pressure.
