Mangaluru: MLA Vedavyasa Kamath flags off Covid awareness vehicle

Mangaluru, Nov 14: Corona awareness vehicle which is taken out by the News and Public Relations department was flagged off in the city on Saturday, November 14 by Mangaluru south MLA Vedavyasa Kamath.

Speaking on the occasion, Kamath said, "We have to follow the instructions of the government in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus pandemic. Let this vehicle make the district free of Covid."

The corona awareness vehicle, which carries a huge LED screen, will travel to 180 villages of Dakshina Kannada and create awareness about Covid among the general public.

Mattaru Ratnakara Hegde, president of coastal development authority and Divya of News and Public Relations department were present.

    What happened to penalising people without masks? Only talk even in these vechiles you will find so many people with no social distancing. The malaria awareness vehicle if you ask them to do something or tell them were mosquitoes breading they will do their best to eradicate the mosquitoes.
