Is this a joke. Common citizen is fined by Rs. 500.00 small voilation whereas representatives of people are fined by a small amount of Rs. 250.00. Are these representative came from sky. Being responsible persons, they should be fined by at least Rs. 250,000 and make them to pay immediately or seize their assets. These bjp people think this land as their own property and they can do anything.
