Kadaba, Nov 7: Locals led by Hindu Jagran Vedike district leader, Raviraj Shetty, approached Kadaba police station and complained about a highly disturbing, harsh voice emanating from a mosque located at Kepu Amai in Kutruppady village.
They said that the use of high decibel microphone by the mosque authorities has been disturbing the children and the general public.
They have urged the police to immediately remove the said loudspeaker of the mosque.
APMC member Pulasya Rai, Shvaram Shetty Kepu, Jayachandra Rai Kundody, Gangadhar Gowda Halli Padmanaba Rai, Madhav Rai, Shivaprasad Rai Myleri, Harish Rai, Deekshit Gowda, Sridhar Shetty, Vidyadhar, Manmohan Rai, Sathish, Harish, Ramesh, Ganesh K M and other were present.
A petition in this connection was handed over to Kadaba station police sub-inspector Rukma Naik.
