Many bussinessmen are in deep financial crisis and are debtors of deadly loan sharks!
If you don't pay off only solution is suicide or getting killed; many such incidents have taken in recent past!
Loan sharks are ruthless people, & do not care for anybody, they have contacts with law enforcement agencies too!

These people do not think about the man's family as he may be sole bread earner of the family. The authorities should deal with an iron hand these murderers who are not supposed to be alive. Why to arrest these people & waste exchequer money. They should be dealed the way earlier in 80's, police commissioner Julius rebeiro in Bombay dealt with these lowlifes. Encounter is the only way, no court no case.

Very well said Rajeshanna... I too was thinking in this stream only. Once these murderers/rapists/looters/scamsters are caught should never be left out on bail. There should not be bail for such cannibals. There is so much waste land and are buildings and guest houses owned by our government... Convert them into jail and make these people to work on the land and grow vegetables or put them to work in handicraft industries. Good source of income to govt. Energy of these people will be used in a most fruitful way. Wasting tax payers money on such cannibals will also be getting saved. They should be made to do hard work for the food that they consume in the jail. Giving bail again make them to involve in doing more and more crimes... Waste of lots of money for them in search of them, bring them to police station/court/jail by govt vehicles... When our government will make strict rules so that people will live in peace? and get scared to commit crimes?
