Mangaluru, Oct 30: The district Rajyotsava committee has announced the names of 38 special achievers from different fields and organizations for the Dakshina Kannada district Rajyotsava awards-2020.
The awards will be conferred on them on Sunday, November 1, on Kannada Rajyotsava.
