Bengaluru, Oct 22: BJP state president Nalin Kumar Kateel, had remarked that after the bypoll, Siddaramaiah aka ‘Huliya’ will be sent to forest and KPCC president D K Shivakumar, who claims himself to be a boulder from Kanakapura, would be demolished. Siddaramaiah is angry at the fact that he has been talked lightly of by Nalin. He said that Nalin was a scamp who once used to roam around the streets of Mangaluru.
Spewing fire at Nalin through a series of tweets, Siddaramaiah remarked that Nalin, who claims to decimate his rival leaders, is from the woods. "He is unfit to be in the civilised world. The BJP leaders, in the interests of the people of the state, should immediately take him to a forest and discard him there," he advised.

"Minister Eshwarappa, had once said that to join the BJP, one has to sweep the floors of the BJP office for ten years. If Nalin Kumar Kateel is entrusted with the task of sweeping his office floor for ten years, he may turn a little bit sane," he ridiculed.
"BJP state president Nalin Kumar Kateel, does not have bones not only in his tongue but also his back. This spineless BJP state president does not have the guts to take action against the legislators of his own party who have been hurling criticism at their chief minister. Instead, he howls at our party leaders," he said.
"Nalin Kumar Kateel was roaming around the streets of Mangaluru like a vagabond. Someone picked him for their own 'Santhosha' and made him the state president. The work given to him is not to build the party but to unseat Yediyurappa. He has been doing this work," he has remarked.
Siddaramaiah has said that Kateel's plan is somehow to defeat the BJP candidates in the bypoll, hold Yediyurappa responsible for the debacle, and compel him to climb down from his chair. It is not a secret that this task was given to him by his own party leaders, he stated.
Siddaramaiah noted that the Sangh Parivar talks of refinement, culture etc. He has called upon any senior or respectable people left if any in the Sangh Parivar to instil some good sense in Nalin Kumar Kateel and teach him to restrain his tongue. Otherwise, he said, Kateel will alone be enough to spoil the honour of all other leaders.
