"When celebrating the festival, all guidelines should be strictly implemented. Temporary firecrackers outlets should be installed at places that are away from public and residential places on specified dates only. Only those who hold authorised licences have to sell the crackers. They stalls can remain only between November 1 and 17," his order said.

The DC said further that the stalls where the firecrackers are sold should be airy. "There should be a minimum gap of six meters between two stalls. People in whose names the licences have been issued should be there inside the stalls without exception. The copy of the licences should be exhibited in the stall in a way that they are predominantly visible. Every day, sanitisation should be performed around the stalls. Sanitiser and thermal screening arrangements should be made for the visitors to the stalls. Very interesting comment / questions from one of the Westerner... regarding some other issue but seems very relevant.

Quote - If the masks work then why are we social distancing?

If social distancing works then why are we wearing masks?

If masks and social distancing work then why are our businesses closed?

if we can stand in line at the grocery store then why can't we stand in line to vote?

Because it's not about the virus and it never was! - Unquote.

DC order selling norms. What about bursting. Until 2 o clock in the morning? What about soind barrier and pollution? He should specify a place for general public to burst the crackers away from house holds in each area... like they kept a kiosk for smokers in Airports! It will be not only fun but also people.may enjoy together...
