Mumbai, Apr 13: The fifth branch of the metro-based Rajapur Saraswat (RS) Cooperative Bank was inaugurated at Om Akanksha Apartments, Ram Bagh, Kalyan (West), here on Sunday April 11 morning.
Prabhakar D Borkar, president of Rajapur Saraswat Sangh, Mumbai, inaugurated the new branch, in the presence of the Bank’s chairman, Kacheri Sadanand D Nayak.
Director of the Bank, Raghavendra S Nayak and his wife, inaugurated the computer facility.
“The cooperative banks have been serving the common citizens and catering to their banking needs. They also advance loans to young entrepreneurs, for helping them realize their dreams of running their own enterprises. Despite tough competition from foreign banks, the cooperative banks continue to be able to sustain their profitability by meeting the financial needs of the common bank customers, who have total loyalty and trust towards these banks,’ said Sadanand Nayak, chairman of RS Cooperatiave Bank.
Bank directors, Vittal D Naik, Raghunath N Naik, Mahendra T Nayak, Suresh D Nayak, Upendra S Kamath, Nithyanand B Naik, Ramanand S Nayak, Prakash P Shevde, Rama S Nayak, Narayan S Nayak, Ramesh Anant Naik, Santhosh S Totaram, Rohit R Ovale and CEO Madhav Jambekar were present at the occasion.
Vedamurti Shankar Bhat performed Vedic rituals on this occasion.
