It is sad to note that even in intent to commit suicide sadistic nature could be seen. When so many rivers are over flowing why he has to find a well of a neighbor who drinks water from it. May be he is not in his senses.

Agreed Mr Charles, but also the mindset of a depressed person should be taken in to consideration here. He was not in a state to value his life, how come he will think about neighbour's well..

Charles D mello Pangla, when one person is in a desperate situation, dont know how and what to do ,not going to think whose well and when he should jump,or how deep .He just want not to live any more and jumps in well which lies next.Home people must be careful with such persons who are depressed.Very hard to some people who loose jobs ,and in a poor family.I am sure something more was troubling him than only loosing job.May God give enough strenght to bear the pain of his death to the family.May his soul rest in peace in Heaven. Some men get middle life crisis at his age.
