Mangaluru: Drugs case – Kishore's close friend arrested, anchor-actress Anushree issued notice

Mangaluru, Sep 24: In connection with the arrest of dancer Kishore Aman Shetty, who also reportedly peddled drugs in addition to consuming it, police on Thursday September 24, arrested Tarun, a close friend of Kishore. Also, actress-anchor Anushree was issued a notice by Mangaluru CCB police. 

Tarun was taken into custody by Mangaluru police. Sources said that Tarun is the one who introduced Kishore to drugs’ consumption. It is said that Tarun was subjected to drugs test and the result was positive. Tarun is now being questioned by police, it is gathered.

Well-known Mangalurean television presenter and actress Anushree who is now based in Bengaluru, has been issued a notice by Mangaluru CCB police.

It is said that the notice was sent to Anushree via WhatsApp. A team of police personnel has already left to Bengaluru to hand over the notice.

Reliable sources informed Tarun confessed to the police of having partied with Anushree and hence the actress was issued a notice.

    It is impracticable to eradicate drugs/smuggling etc where business, politicians and goondas ( non professionals or ametures from smugglers, political workers, grey zone traders) nexus persists. It is age old illegal business Parental upbringing/type of socialization/ pleasing adventurism/thick friendship of different kind are the root cause though needs to be addressed, but it is theoretical talk

    I was in impressions that shetty means hotel owners. Than I changed my mind that shetty means involved in hotel business, suppari,underworld. But now I feel most of the drug case shetty,s are involved. They are all round people.

    Its DEVANAND who invented DRUGs in his movie DUM MARO DUM its long back existing in India ! Why now its taken that significance might be rivalry or jealousy in the competition world !

    People dont glorify this people including those politicians who enjoy life with fullest all the lavish cars, hotels, beaches, gals - remember mallya and Kulla nirav ! AND you dont have pay the bills to the hospital !!

    Drug is a Menace .Looks like it is deep rooted in costal part. need to be uprooted or else it will destroy the youth .
    All the religious heads as well as the family headsalong with youth wings needs to look into this matter on a priority and help all the youths to stay away from this .
