Mangaluru, Sep 20: Kishore Aman Shetty, who rose to fame through the dance reality show 'Dance India Dance' on Zee TV and later acted in Bollywood movie 'ABCD', has revealed shocking details to the sleuths who are interrogating him in the Sandalwood drug case.
It is learnt that Kishore got into drugs through one of his close friends. He reportedly used to consume cocaine regularly. Out of the 12 lines of one gram of cocaine, Kishore used to consume two to three lines. He also allegedly confessed to the sleuths that he never used to consume MDMA drugs. Kishore used to procure other drugs for other people, sources in the know said.
Kishore also reportedly revealed to the interrogators that he procured 50 drug pills after the lockdown over coronavirus was lifted. He had also brought MDMA pills from Bengaluru with the intention of having a drug party with 15 young women. But he was not able to hold the party for some reason.
During the interrogation, Kishore Shetty also reportedly gave information on a recent party that he had held along with his friend and two other young women during lockdown in Mangaluru. He had procured pills for both the young women from Bengaluru, it is said.
Kishore and his accomplice Aqeel Nausheel were arrested by the CCB on Saturday September 19 for procuring drugs and selling them in Mangaluru. They used to get drugs from Mumbai and other places and sell them here, police said.
