Mangaluru: Ashok Leyland officially introduces LCV Bada Dost

Mangaluru, Sep 14: Popular automobile company, Ashok Leyland introduced LCV Bada Dost all over the country officially from Chennai. Similarly authorized sales agents in Mangaluru, Kanchana Automobiles also released the new vehicle in the market.

Ashok Leyland’s TSM Shubh Deep and Kanchana Group MD Prasadraj Kanchan jointly released 'Bada Dost' and handed over the keys of the vehicle to its first customer Suhan Pai and conveyed their best wishes.

Two models of 1.8 ton and 1.4 ton payload capacity in AC and non-AC variants have been made available to the customer equipped with modern features:

  1. Best 80 HD BS6 engine in class, power and mileage. It has a 1,860 kg payload and 9’8’’ length body. It helps customers to earn an additional profit during every trip.
  2. Excellent in small curves and has class ground clearance, making it suitable for gaps and inner roads and can easily cover a small land area.
  3. A darshan cabin with three seats providing good comfort. Customers can use the foldable backrest and hand brake that can be bent to sleep in between trips.
  4. The gear shift lever, dual-tone dashboard and digital instrument cluster increase the beauty giving customer experience similar to premium cars.
  5. Bada Dost is also equipped with power steering and AC that make long journeys enjoyable.
