Mangalore, Jan 20: The Dakshina Kannada District Congress Committee (DCC) will embark on a membership drive at Hotel Deepa Comforts in the city from 10.45 am to 2.00 pm on Wednesday January 20.
 
DCC vice-president Ivan D’Souza urged college students above the age of 18 years and the general public to enroll their names by paying a membership fee of Rs 3 each.
