Mangalore, Jan 15 (DHNS): The acquisition of 4 acre land in survey number 27 and 32 linking Permude and R & R colony is extremely important to provide basic amenity and accommodate festivity rituals of people residing in the Permude R&R colony, states a press release issued by MSEZ.
“The land acquisition process has been legal which has already been explained to Pejawar seer Vishvesha Theertha Swamiji several times. The four acre in question is being acquired legally by KIADB after obtaining consent of almost all land owners, though for ‘approach roads’ etc, consent is not required,” the release stated.
Repeated misguiding by certain vested interests NGOs and a few individuals has resulted in the Swamiji giving statements against the State/Central promoted project.
MSEZ has appealed the Swamiji not to be mislead by these elements and co-operate with the development related project envisaged with a vision to tap the full growth potential of the DK. MSEZ will come up only on 4,000 acres land, it added.
