Mangalore, Dec 5: St Aloysius College Higher Primary School in Kodialbail celebrated its annual day on Friday December 4.
Fr Joseph Rodrigues, rector of St Aloysius Institutions, was the chief guest and presented awards to the toppers in exams and various competitions.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that the students must participate in several extra curricular activities besides giving more importance to studies. “Participation in other healthy activities keeps the mind fresh and helps to study well”, he added.
Fr Clifford Sequira, correspondent, and Philomina Lewis, headmistress, was also present.
The students performed cultural and musical programmes during the celebrations alongwith various dances including folk and traditional.
