Mangaluru: Decomposed mortal remains of man found in bushes

Mangaluru, Mar 18: The decomposed body of a man was found from the bushes located on a hillock near Kanduka in Pandeshwar in the city on Tuesday, March 17.

After the body was found at 11 am, the police were informed. They reached the spot and found that the body had been completely decomposed. In all likelihood, the person concerned, identified as Imamsaab Nadaf (57), would have died over a week back. The remains were sent to the mortuary of the district Wenlock Hospital here.

Imamsaab Nadaf, it is learnt, was working for Antony Waste Handling Company here. It is guessed that he would have died either due to excessive drinking or some health issues. He was living alone in the city, and his family is at Dharwad.

The body would be handed over once his family members come here to claim it. A case in this connection was registered in Pandeshwar police station.
