Mumbai, Feb 21: Mayooravarma Cultural Foundation celebrated its tenth anniversary at Geetambika auditorium, Ghatkoper Asalfa on Wednesday evening February 19 along with cultural programmes, the release of books, awards and Sanskrit poetry. Kalajagathu Mumbai president Thonse Vijay Kumar Shetty was the chief guest.
Mayooravarma CulturalFoundation president Kadandale Suresh S Bhandary presided over the programme.
Treasurer Padmanabha Safaliga, felicitation selection committee’s S K Kunder, advocate R M Bhandary, H B L Rao, Gururaj S Nayak, Rajkumar Karnad, journalist Shekar Ajekar, music director Rakira Bengaluru, Lata Santhosh Muddumane, Savita S Shetty and other elite were present. ‘Oikla Kas Bodu’ Tulu comedy-drama written by Dinaker Bhandary Kananjalu and directed by Karunaker K Kaup was performed by Abhinaya Mantapa artistes.
