Mangaluru, Feb 20: The Mangalore Management Association (MMA) organised a monthly talk for its members and guests on February 19, 2020, at SDM MBA College conference Hall, Kodialbail, Mangaluru at 6.00 pm. The programme commenced with a prayer invoked by MBA students of SDM led by Shridevi. Jairaj B Rai vice-president of MMA welcomed the august audience. Dr Seema S Shenoy director, SDM PG Centre, introduced the speaker Krishnaraj CEO, Vidita Solutions, the guest speaker of the day. He spoke on how to run an organization successfully. In the beginning, he shared how he developed Solutions by consulting and listening to his customers and funded with his savings which he earned by serving many years with Infosys. He shared his experience from stage 1 till full-fledge development of a firm, employment, compliance of all government regulations and registrations like EPF, ESI, Labour Departments, GST, IT and HR formalities - Chain Management, Etiquette, Training, how to keep the Employees happy which in turn increase the business and profit and proper placement of employees and their execution and love and responsibility to the firm. A happy employee is like ten advertisements for the business.



While doing the business a person should avoid the thought of getting profit or rich overnight, he should wait for at least two more years. He defined different categories of new business and how to spend and where to spend on the sales and market as well as getting information from various related associations like the Chamber of Commerce. Display company details on its website. Even on the other side of invoice or Bill, we should give marketing clues of the business and print in browsers. We should make sure to give ourselves to the market. The customer is always right and so we should work to satisfy the customer with our services and customer feedback and action plan to be published in media like Facebook, WhatsApp. Today's market survival is hardly 5 per cent.

Take care of individual non-business activity like family life, friends and rest. Work hard on weekdays but Sundays switch off from everything and spend time with family and friends.

Personal finance and managing are very important for the starter. Every year always try to get as the best year and challenge to be best years more profit of 10 per cent and more for the best survival and growth of the firm. It was an interesting talk and he presented in a simple way to understand easily.
