Mumbai, Oct 20: United Ways of Vision, Nallasopara organized 41st show of Mhataro Chorbela at Nanabhai Patil hall, Nallasopara west here, recently.
Francis Fernandes Cascia with his troupe enthralled the crowd with crackling comedy. The Diwali season with its crackers all around added to the festive mood.
Francis was honoured with a title ‘Konkani Nat Ratna’ during the occasion. Fr Ivan D'Silva, Fr Melvyn D’Souza, Fr Robert Fernandes, Fr Sushant Montri, Stephen Fernandes and Poet Ancy Paladka were present.
The programme started with welcome address by president Arun Pinto. Sunitha Fernandes read the felicitation note. Tresurer Arun Pinto delivered vote of thanks. The programme was beautifully compered by Joylan Fernandes, Barkur.
