Mumbai, Sep 23: The Saraswat Cultural and Recreation Centre, a sister concern of GSB Seva Sabha, Dahisar–Borivali, here, has organized ‘Navaratri Utsav’ for the second consecutive year and it will conclude on Monday September 28.
The Utsav was led by S Manohar V Kamath with the blessings of Sri Sudhindrateerta Swami of Kashi Math at the Saraswat Cultural and Recreation Centre grounds, Dahisar (East), here.
The idol of the goddess sculpted by the metro’s famous sculptor Rajan Patkar is being worshipped for nine days with Vedamurti Laxminarayan Bhat performing Vedic rites and rituals.
Natural Ice Cream proprietor Raghunandan Kamath and other dignitaries offered special puja to Goddess Annapurneshwari here on Monday September 21.
