Kasargod: Youth arrested for harassing female passenger in bus

Kasargod, Nov 29: Police personnel from Kotakkal Malappuram police station arrested a man for harassing a female co passenger in a private bus at night on November 26.

The arrested man is identified as Munavvar (23). He had harassed the girl residing in Kollam and who was travelling from Thiruvanantapuram to Kasargod to participate in school arts festival that was being held in Kasargod.

The incident happened at about 2 am in the morning on November 26. Passengers in the bus held the man after the girl raised an alarm and handed him over to Kotakkal police. Police have arrested him and are conducting investigations.
