Bengaluru, Nov 19: "It is the people of the state who will decide whether BJP government has to complete the remaining three and half years of term of present Assembly and not former chief minister H D Kumaraswamy," said chief minister (CM) B S Yediyurappa.
Yediyurappa was reacting to the statement of Kumaraswamy that the life of BJP government is only till the by-elections are over.
Yediyurappa further said, "I am not going to give a damn to the statement of former CMs Siddaramaiah and H D Kumaraswamy with regards to the future of our government. I will concentrate more on developing the state further."
"People know the result of Lok Sabha elections. While BJP secured tremendous victory, Congress and JD(S) had to contend with only with one seat each. Former Prime Minister Deve Gowda suffered a humiliating defeat. Even after these setbacks, H D Kumaraswamy continues to talk ill of BJP," said Yediyurappa.
