They have resigned for their post of ministers and MLAs and made all types of sacrifices for us. They have joined the party under BJP president Nalin Kumar Kateel after Supreme Court verdict,” he said.
“I assure, as chief minister on behalf of Nalin Kumar Kateel, to the MLAs on the dais who have come with us after resigning and supporters that we will follow what we had promised. We will not betray your trust,” he said.
“There is no example in the politics of the country in which 17 MLAs and ministers came out resigning. They have sacrificed in all the ways for us. Therefore, I pray to BJP and leaders joining my hands that the victory of these MLAs is our responsibility. Let us work well in the by-elections,” he said.
