Nelson D'Souza stranded in Kuwait leaves for Mangaluru

Kuwait, Nov 6: Nelson D'Souza, a resident of Amblamogaru near here, who had to face hardship in Kuwait as he was not given the job he was promised by the agent and also his employer had taken his passport, left for India on Wednesday, November 6 from Kuwait.

Many Good Samaritans of Indian origin came to the rescue of Nelson, after coming to know his situation through social media.

His passport was handed back to him by James Paul Karkala, Manjeshwar Mohandas Kamath, Robert D'Souza and Raj Bhandary last week.

    The Gulf boom is over.... Those who venture there after paying a huge commission to agents, are certain to face gloom n despair. Educated professionals, have an option of migration, to developed nations... other's can still make a decent living in our cities....
