Madikeri: Husband suspects wife's character, stabs her 30 times to death

Madikeri, Nov 3: In a barbaric act, a husband stabbed his wife 30 times suspecting her character. This horrific incident is reported from the New Extension area of the city on Saturday night. 

Jubeida (25) is the unfortunate woman who lost her life in this act of her husband Sharif (27). 

Both were married for the last seven years and had two children. 

 

Sharif was suspecting Jubeida's fidelity since a long time. The couple used to quarrel on the same issue frequently. On the night of Saturday, November 2 also, Sharif accused Jubeida of not being faithful to him. This irritated Jubeida and an argument ensued between the two. When the altercation went beyond control, Sharif took out the knife and stabbed his wife mindlessly for 30 times and killed her on the spot. 

The accused Sharif is in police custody. 

A case stands registered in Madikeri city police station in this regard.

    Husband had a chance to take the matter to the court but he took a wrong step by stabbing his wife to death.

    This kind of blood bath is common for them ! by the way its not a sin ! will get paradise something like that ! However, over possessiveness on each other is too dangerous to health ! every one has got their own space in life (I dont mean that extra marital affairs ). He might have sorted out by reading the holy book and or INSTANT TALAQ !

    Abdullah kundapura,in my eyes he is not suppose to live any more.He made two children orphans .when he doubts wifes fidelity give talak and marry another.He didnt proove her infidelity.Heartfelt sympathy to family poor children.may her soul rest in peace.One should not doubt always on partner unless there is proof.Once you start with this ,then always it will be between them and no more peace.
