Belagavi, Oct 16: "All loans of farmers will not be waived. The financial condition of the state is not good. People of many districts have suffered due to the recent deluge. So we are diverting funds towards flood relief by cancelling many other projects," said chief minister B S Yediyurappa.
Yediyurappa also said that the BJP is going to sweep all the 15 seats in the coming bye-elections. Once the Supreme Court gives its verdict, the tickets will be given to the candidates after discussing the same with national leaders.
"There is no need to pay heed to false propaganda. The selection of candidates for the bye-elections will be done after the verdict of the Supreme Court. This bye-election is vital for both the party as well as the government. In the wake of this situation, one minister will be made in-charge for each constituency," said Yediyurappa.
