Udupi, Oct 7: Founder president of Sri Rama Sene Pramod Muthalik said, "Dattamala Abhiyaana will take place on October 13. Around 5,000 Maladharis are expected to participate. There will be Shobha Yathre and Dharma Sabhe also. Datta Homa and Gana Homa will also be conducted. Rahul Kaul of Jammu and Kashmir will also take part. He was the refugee of 1990 disturbances in the valley. He will congratulate Prime Minister Modi and the center for cancelling article 370." 

"It is wrong to have called Sulibele as anti national. Sulibele has worked hard for the victory of BJP MPs. He is pained by the delay in flood relief. It is really madness to have labelled him as an anti- national. I support Sulibele. Even I have batted for Modi since 2000. Politicians just think of their benefit. The Sangh Parivar has to consider these things seriously. There was an attempt to sideline me. It is not right to ignore Sulibele. It is not right to inflict pain on an orator, thinker and environment activist like Sulibele," said Pramod Muthalik.

With regard to the delay in flood relief, Muthalik said, "Flood relief released by center is too less and too late. Even the commoners know about this. Yediyurappa also feels the pain. But he is helpless. The people’s representatives have completely failed in bringing the flood relief funds. No one knows what the stand of the central government is. According to the survey, Rs 35,000 crore of loss was suffered and this Rs 1,200 is pittance. Hope more funds will be released in future." 

Reacting to the incident of Chandan Shetty proposing to Nivedita Gowda on the Yuva Dasara stage, Pramod Muthalik said, "Where is the law that one should not propose to a girl on government podium? They are unnecessarily dragging the issue. It is wrong to file case against the couple. They have proposed as they got an opportunity to do so. It has become big news. It is not right to project this as sacrilege. I congratulate the couple who will marry soon. Let minister Somanna say the rules of the Dasara stage. Do not drag this issue. Finish it off. Chandan and Nivedita are not wrong. The blessing of Goddess Chamundeshwari will be on them." 

With regard Ayodhya issue, Pramod Muthalik said, "Ram Mandir will be built in Ayodhya. I am confident that the verdict will come in favour of Hindus. Congress had put this case under cover for 70 years. It also hatched the plot of instigating the Muslims against us. Now the Supreme Court judge is inquiring in a proper manner. There was temple. We have the belief that we will get back that land."
