I have said it earlier..... and will continue to say it, that Dakshin Kannada district and Mangaluru city, has become the safest hideout, for anti national, destructive elements, who seek refuge, regroup n launch attacks on our state and our Republic !!! Almost all land/flat owners, are NRI, they lease, rent out their assets, to the highest bidder, without due identification, registration of these tenants, despite statuary warnings by Police and Municipal administration !!!!

I have written both to the State and Central government that section 188 of IPC should be strictly implemented in the costal districts, wherein the property ownners have to keep the proof of identity and address of the tenant/paying guest and also register them at the jurisdictional police station. There was a news item that this will be implemented from next month . Hope it is really implemented.

Kashmir is an integral part of India. Why our responsible media ever recognize the accused with their state identity in the rest of the cases?

Because the suspects told that are from Mumbai but, found to be from Kashmir. Its like one getting caught in Bihar and when questioned saying he is from Kolkatta but, actually he is from Udupi. It was only mentioning about the domicile state which is integral part of India.

Along with Kashmir, his notorious connections with Mumbai, Goa, Belgaum. Punjab, etc. are also mentioned. What's wrong in it? And obviously all the above places are integral parts of India.
